I am having a water dispensing issue with my Maytag.

Hooking a water line to our secondary refrigerator and installing a new filter I do not receive water nor is ice being made. The water filter filled with water, and I tried using the by pass plug. Whenever I remove the filter or plug there is water there, with the filter being pressurized.

Is there anything else I can troubleshoot between the water filter and the ice maker/water dispenser?
