hello


i have a GE washer GTW33SASN2WW that i did a wash yesterday and i cant locate face cloths i washed is there a way to open the washer from the top to look behind the drum to see if they got behind it some how.

i also have a GE gas dryer GTD33EASK0WW also looking to see if the face cloths found there way behind the drum if at all possible. i was able to drain water so i doubt they would have be able to get through the pump and out into the sewer line. any information would be great.
