This washing machine sometimes finishes a load and then the door won’t unlock for a few minutes. It makes three clicks in the lock mechanism when you turn it on and when cycles start. Eventually it does unlock but sometimes it is quite a bit of time. I have to unplug it and wait every so often too.


I tried a new door lock assembly and then it would not lock the door and would run with the door open. The door lock icon showing unlocked was lit up. Then a few minutes later I got it to lock but then it would not unlock so it started the same behavior as when I had the original lock mechanism. I reinstalled the old one since there must be a different problem. But I have no clue what to do next. There no water in there, could it be a sensor having to do with the water level?
