GE model GTW460ASJ0WW tries to pump water on its own, does not always drain and spin when called for.

Repair persons told me it was unrepairable after they changed lid switch, pump, board, flow sensor hose, tried to clean bottom of sensor hose attachment they also did some kind of reprograming with a computer. They cleaned the "flash" of the tub pressure chamber per GE Service bulletin HL01-17.
I still have most of the pieces that have been replaced.

I cleaned the machine and have kept machine working for year and a half after it being pronounced dead by repair company. I feel problem is in board. A repair person told me that these machines are the most trouble of all machines out there. There are a lot of these machines out there.

I need some advice from someone who has figured out this problem. We get months of trouble free washes out of the machine then it starts to act up again, it looks and washes like brand new.
