I have a DCS range and there is a slight clicking coming from the spark module. Tried to replace with a new one but same thing so not a faulty spark module. To be clear, this is not a spark at the igniter but rather a slight click. How would I test for a short or other issue to repair? How would I approach repairing this?

The CR burner seems to be finicky, if I light the FR burner sometimes I need to wiggle the CR knob or turn on that burner. But it isn’t always consistent.

I do seem to have some issues ti get the FR and FL simmer to be steady (vs. a consistent ring). I have tried to clean the simmer inlet, and the simmer ring around the burner.

Thanks.
