GE dishwasher GDT580SSF5SS water doesn't get hot and dishes are not drying.

I cleaned the WD21X10519 GE Appliance Switch Flood.

It was caked with debris.

Would this part keep the machine from heating/drying?

If not, then aside from the heating element, what could cause the issue?

Apparently JM from What Ive read and personally endured being My Niece, My Sister and MySelf bought 3 of these at the same time mainly for the sanitizer option on them. Anyhow all 3 of ours and from what Ive read tons of other folks had same problems seems to me crappy control boards and if not replaced several has had theres to reset and run fine after setting for months. The other few who replaced the control board it seemed to be a better quality and worked fine afterwards but im guessing 18% bought new boards and GE got over on this one because 82% just took a loss and bought Boush, Kitchen-aid and ect...
