My stove is working perfectly fine, however, neither the bake or broil are working. They appear to be in great condition with no physical visible damage. I have replaced the thermometer, the thermal fuse, and now the control board. Sometimes I get an F9 error but not always and it seems to not happen anymore so maybe that is done with. The control board will allow me to select the bake option but it says 100 degrees on the screen and won't move up or heat up. My stove is getting all 240 volts: I checked at the base of the stove not the outlet but I assume that is the same. When I reconnected my old control board I didn't do it properly so there were some sparks at the back of the stove and the circuit breaker was tripped a few times. I don't see any physical damage on the wire harness. I also don't get any voltage reading on either heating element. I am stumped as to what can be the issue as I've tried everything short of replacing the wiring harness. Any help would be appreciated.

Whirlpool WFE320M0ES2. I disconnected the old control board because it was the only thing I hadn't checked or replaced. My stove works the same way it did before the sparks: stove works but oven doesn't so I don't think the sparks caused any damage to be honest. What I didn't mention is that I forgot to reinstall the thermal fuse and the sparks seemed to have been a wire touching the metal of the stove because there is a burn mark on the metal. I assume it just created a short and tripped the circuit breaker. Thank you
