TRy to move the drum up and down when you have the door open. If it moves much the support at the front end is worn or damaged or the rear drum support bearing is worn badly. The idler bearing for the belt may also be worn badly but this is not an item you can do much about unless you take the front off and remove the drum to check it for wear.
