I have a Whirlpool WTW4800BQ0 washer that doesn't spin or agitate. Based on the instructions and tests in the tech manual, I have replaced the main board. Once installed and calibrated, going through the tests once more, the motor still will not engage. Voltage test shows that 120v is not being sent from the main board to the motor until the spin and agitate test times out, which is for a split second then back to 0v. Continuity tests are good. Also during the test, the shift actuator is operating back and forth but the motor does nothing. With the old control board, the motor would spin intermittently. Can anyone please help? I don't want to keep replacing parts hoping that it fixes it. Thank you!
