Hello!

I come to you all in desperation (as I'm sure most do).

I have an LG WM2455HW that I recently replaced the rotor and stator on. Or at least I tried to replace them.

Without the rotor installed, the washer drum spins freely and perfectly.

Once I install the rotor, the drum is either difficult to spin, or won't spin at all. When it does spin, it sounds like it's grinding up against the stator.

If I remove the stator and then install the rotor, it again spins freely and perfectly.

But there is little to no spin if I install the stator and rotor.

What can I do? ANY advice would be so greatly appreciated!
