I have an older Kenmore Elite (795.72053.110 ) with an electrically heated mullion. I replaced the mullion due to it not working and upon removing it found the pig tail completely severed - all three wires. The replacement doesn't seem to warm up either, so I was curious if anyone has some info on the voltages I should be seeing at the plug. Unfortunately, the service manual that I have access to only discuss ohm values for the heater in the mullion itself which seem fine. It is brand new...

My guess is a problem with the PCB, but I'd love to know if anyone can advise me on what voltages I should be seeing and on what pins/wires. No matter if the energy saver is on or off, I got the same results on the voltages: ~20V AC using GY as ground and BK and YL wires each (at 20V AC).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
