Kenmore Elite with chest freezer is not cooling. First, the ice maker stopped making ice. I changed water filter as it was an easy fix. We also unplugged and tried to reset. A day later we realized the freezer was not working. The freezer temperature hasn't changed. It shows as if working but it's not. Fridge is fine! What could be the issue? Thermostat? Temperature control sensor? Where are they located? Thanks!
