Home making is changing, as we speak. And it is changing drastically. Technology is engulfing our life in small and big ways. The whole concept of ‘work from home’ is becoming outdated more and more with each passing day. This is what I see in the future for home making. The whole idea of ‘work from home’ is already obsolete because of telecommuting, freelancing and e-commerce. Home working has been replaced by home making. Your work should lead you to money and not the other way around. You have to engage in activities that can bring money to you. You should be making money while you sleep, while you’re away on vacation, while you’re out with your family, while you’re away on business, while you’re doing your hobby, while you’re doing anything, anywhere. In this advanced digital world, working in a fixed time and place is outdated. Working at home should be a passion, not a job. You work because you love what you’re doing, not because you have to do it. It’s a shift from obligation to engagement.
