suspect it's a latch problem, but as mentioned, lights on panel are blinking but nothing happens. when i look at the door - where the hole for the latch is, there is no mechanism moving when i press and release it. should there be something happening there or is all the "latch action" on the receiving end, ie, the machine vs. the door?
if anyone can decipher the poorly articulated question i'm asking...
