Washer showed a LD which means it can't drain the water. I made sure the drain hose was correctly inserted in the drain and that the drain hose was free from a clog. I turned it off and on waiting over 1 minute. When it tries to power on you hear a low grinding noise or humming noise coming from the bottom at the back. It won't power on and just does this low level noise from the bottom of the machine at the back.

I am going to take the agitator off and see if something is rubbing in there but don't think that is the problem.
