I've checked the main pump, the fill valve (with outside power, good water flow),the float switch and the float parts.

When I start the dishwasher I hear water coming in, but the pump does not come on. After a time the drain pump comes on and empties the dishwasher. This repeats in other cycles.

The heating element comes on. The soap door never opens. Opening the door mid-cycle, there is no water visible above the tray.

Suggestions? Any way it could be the control board?
