When I turn on the oven to bake or broil, the oven starts up and then abruptly shuts off. Sometimes it goes up to 125 degrees other times it can get up to 300 degrees before shutting off. The burners work properly as does the over light and everything seems to work on the keypad (clock, temperature control, on/off switch, etc.)
We had someone in to look at the oven and he said that it "could" be the control panel or the relay board. Since everything is working on the keypad, can we eliminate the control panel as the culprit? That was replaced about 7 years ago.
If it is the relay board, is this something that is model specific? I found one on the APP website for a number of very similar models , but not mine (I have the GSC30B and the part is for ESC30B, GSC30WC, GSC30CVB, and others). Other than the numerous screws that held everything in place, it didn't seem too difficult to get to that part (the assembly seemed much more difficult).
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks, Nolan

Model PRD305WH Using convection or regular baking setting, the oven seems to turn off mid-baking.
