Coupler good .if I spin coupler by hand counter clockwise I can see the transmission moving in agitate if I turn clockwise it is hard to turn even with pliers .can def see why motor would hum. Have no $ to guess what part to buy next. Here is pic of basket drive. Are these lines/ridges on it from factory or is something keeping it from turning? Well I guess I cant attach pics on this site? :(
