I read so much about people doing a JAZZ board on-board diagnostics and assuming everything is fine. Read the entire troubleshooting sheet. You need to know the resistance of the thermistors in the freezer and fresh food compartment to verify they are working properly. All the diagnostics will tell you is if they are open or shorted. Useful information but limited. You need to check the resistance to be sure they work properly. Check the defrost thermistor also. Just my .02
