Our refrigerator is too cold. This unit has a 1 to 7 temperature control. It is stuck at the coldest setting (7). Temperature in the fridge is 29 degrees. I can't change it. Before it stuck completely at 7, it would set itself, moving from 5 to 7. Both fridge and freezer sections are getting cold....just too cold in the fridge. Neither the fridge nor freezer control can be altered, but the freezer is where we want it (4). I have unplugged the unit for 40 minutes in hopes of clearing the control panel. It came back on with the same settings. I tried a "reset" sequence I read online (hold the door switch, press + temp 3 times). No effect.
Anyone experienced this or know of a solution?

I have exactly the same problem with a seven-month-old Whirlpool WRF535SWHZ model. Did you ever get a solution?
