I have a KitchenAid side by side refrigerator/freezer model #KSCS25FVMS00. A couple of weeks ago it started to leak under the unit on the freezer side. The leak appears to be coming from through the door and onto the floor. The bottom of the freezer has a little indent about 5x5 and 1/2inch deep that has been filled with water and frozen.

I'm not sure if the condenser is going bad or I have a leaking hose or frozen something else preventing the water from draining properly.

The leak is not constant and really only happens ever few days. The amount of water is not a lot, only a 5 ounces or so.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

Thanks!

Hmm. 3 months and no answer. I have the exact same problem with a KFFS20EYWH00. And my name is Scott too.
