Hello. I have a GE washer machine (wcsr2090d8ww). I noticed my clothes still really wet after the wash cycle was complete. I assumed it was the belt, but that looks great. So I took the front off and ran the spin cycle empty so I could observe it. Everything pumps as it should, but when the spinning starts the agitator is the only thing spinning and very fast. The drum does not move at all. Do you know what should be replaced on this to fix it or how to troubleshoot different parts to figure it out? I appreciate the help.
