I really could use some help. We have the same model LG washer that I’m having to perform the above hard reset on a daily basis. I purchased this set in November 2019. The power issue occurred not long after (within the 1 year warranty). I performed the hard reset (unplug the power, press power button for 5 secs and the play button for 5 seconds, plug the power back in and check that it comes on) it worked for a few months. The intermittent since. Now it’s at the point of a daily basis.
Any thoughts? Driving my wife and I mad!

Wow amazing, the 5-second hard reset trick just brought my WM3470HVA back to life. That sure saves a lot of time & money, thank you! Although I couldn't easily reach the plug, thankfully it has it's own breaker so I could just flick that off.

This did not work for my washer, still won't come on, anyone have any other ideas other than a large bill from an appliance place?
