Hi, I am new here.

I have a Kitchen Aid Superba 42 - KSSS42QDX05 refrigerator (built-in). The ice door chute is bad, so I bought a replacement part from APP.com. While the instructional video posted by APP looks great, inserting a screwdriver under the trim and twisting did not work for my refrigerator. I am wondering if someone can tell me what to do to remove the trim. I wish I could attach the picture of the front door where the trim is placed. Your help is much appreciated.
