Water is dripping inside, from the top near the lid down to the tub. What would be some issues and what to replace/repair? Thank you.

Most likely the cause of the problem is a faulty water inlet valve ( number 805 on the part's diagram https://www.appliancepar...r-ge-whdsr209g2ww.html).
Part number is AP3995044
