Hi there
My 3 year old whirlpool washer was out of order yesterday during the cycle. after unplugging and plugging power again, the dial board has no light at all now(the door locked light was off after I manually pull the latch and opened the front door). Then, I cleaned the filter(not so much dirty stuff) but still not working. but when I plug the power, there is sound around the bottom, it sounds like trying to drain water "da~da~da".
any suggestion on what to work on the next?

Updates:
problem solved
by running washer Diagnostic test mode, finally got the error code: F8E1.
re-connected inlet water and drain hose. plugged the power and let the pump finish its draining routine(about 10mins). then everything back to normal.
actually, due to lack of experience, I thought the pump was down at the beginning. after checking the filter and dismounting the pump, turned out not this issue.
