I have an 8 year old LG LRE3083SB range. It’s been cooking inconsistently for the past year or so and I decided to start looking into it. Turns out only the broiler is working. I have checked the elements, and thermal fuse, and thermostat, and incoming power and everything is spot on. I decided to order and replace the oven relay board and after the swap only the baking element works. I bit the bullet and bought and replaced the main PCB board and the baking element is still the only one that works. I put the old relay board back in and we’re back to only the broiler working. I’ve checked every inch of wiring and I can’t find any sign of arcing, or fraying or anything out of the ordinary. My wife wants me to buy a new oven but I’m not ready to admit defeat. Anybody come across anything like this before?
