Hello, hope someone can help me out here.

The gas cooktop has 5 burners, two particular burners can't turn on simultaneously - the center (biggest) and the left bottom (smaller). The rest of the burners doesn't have a problem.

Either way, whichever one is turned on first, once the other tries to turns on it shuts of the one that is already on.

eg. Big burner is on, when I try to turn on the smaller one, then the big burner shuts off and the small burner doesn't turn on. The situation happens the other way too.

It only happens to these two particular burners.

The strange thing is, after a long time cooking(30 mins) with one of the burner, then the smaller (or bigger one) can be turned on simultaneously.

Something to do with heat? it has to warm up first?

Thanks for your help.
