I was given a fridge that had a bad evaporator. I installed a new evap, used a piercing port to vacuum the lines for 30 minutes. Charged it to 5.75 ounces through the port. A couple rows of the evaporator line would frost for a couple minutes but then thaws out. I checked the relay on the compressor and it's good. When i plug the fridge in, the compressor would run for a few minutes then stops. I did a diagnostic on it and it didn't throw any error. Anyone have any possible ideas what could be preventing the fridge from getting cold? Thanks!
