Upon entering the spin cycle the Whirlpool top load washer (Model# WTW5000DW) fails to come up to speed and makes unusual sound. It quickly moves from spin cycle and finishes the wash cycle without the clothes being spun. See video below.

I entered diagnostic mode and the only error code is F0E5 (Off Balance Load Detected). I've removed all clothes from the washer bin and re-run the Drain and Spin cycle. I am not sure if the error code was old or is new based on the failed spin cycle. Only one F0E5 error is present even through multiple attempts to run spin cycle. All other cycles seem run fine.

I also ran the test mode from diagnostic menu with an empty bin with the same sound and result.

Is there anything else I should try? What part has gone bad?

Thanks
