Small clothes with hooks or buttons get caught between drum and frame on the left top. It seems the drum has dropped just a little. or off a little bit. It is in the same spot for 8 yrs. so it is not unlevel. Could the rollers be warn or why is it letting clothes get in there and spin around and get stuck. It very commonly catches a corner of a wash cloth and it twists it, if I lift the drum, it releases it. If I run my fingertips around the drum, I can feel a gap around the bottom compared to the top.
