I just replaced the front felt drum seal on my LG Dryer. I used the recommended seal and adhesive. When I put it back together the drum will barely turn. It appears that there is too much friction with the new seal to allow the drum to rotate smoothly. Is there a lubricant of some sort that I can use that is safe for the dryer? Or, is there some other remedy?
