Hi, the timer dial knob separated. I bought the new knob, but cant get the inside part of the old knob off. Online search for instruction or videos generally pulls up all different style knobs. I tried the push in and spin counterclockwise, but since its broken that isn't working. Is that the way to get this disassembled? If so, what can I do when that is not working?
