Under cabinet ice machine, stopped making ice. Fan not turning, compressor not turning on. Water is draining and flowing across the plate.
-Cleaned evaporator
-Replaced motherboard (didn't work). Put back old motherboard.
-replaced start relay and overload (didn't work)
-tested compressor windings (still good)
-replaced fan motor (didn't work)
-put back the new motherboard (didn't work)

What's next? Any ideas?

What do I need to test to figure this out?
