Hi, I have a Kitchenaid KUIS18PNTB3 that is not making ace to my satisfaction. The ice slab thickness is inconsistent cycle to cycle. Sometimes the slab is maybe a 1/4 think at the lower edge of the evaporator plate and tapers to nothing half way to the top of the plate. Sometimes I get a nice thick slab all the way up the plate to the top. I have checked the diagnostics incdicartors and all check OK. I have set the ice thickness to the thickest setting, I have disconnected the evaporator thermistor and continue to get inconsistent slabs. I have checked the water level at cycle start and the reservoir is full. I have also replaced the water level sensor. I checked the water temperature in the reservoir and if falls from ambient to 33 degrees in a few minutes from the time the cycle starts. Can anyone help?
