Jenn Air Duel Fuel JDS9860P new control panel installed after 3+ years living with partial oven functionality due to lightning strike. After install oven panel functionality restored except:
1. Oven won't preheat fully.
2. Lower oven heating element will not get hot.
3. Control panel circuitry (left side) has high pitched noise which cycles every 50 seconds or so.
4. Clicking sound on same 50 second cycle in device which circuit panel connects to. (device is attached to oven frame bracket middle just behind the control panel frame.)
