(Help) KitchenAid Dishwasher wont fully drain on normal cycle

If I run the dishwasher empty on Normal cycle or Rinse cycle, it drains all the water out.
So no clogs with drain pipe.
If I run the rinse cycle when dishwasher full of dishes, drains all the way.
If I run on normal cycle when full of dishes, water **Does NOT **drain all the way. About a inch left on Whole base of dishwasher.
*Originally the issue was surfacing intermittently on normal cycle mode but now it’s everytime when fully loaded. *
Any ideas.... on what to check?
**self diagnostic tests**
“*Access the service mode by pressing the buttons on the dishwasher control panel in this sequence: “HEAT DRY, NORMAL, HEAT DRY, NORMAL”. All the lights on the display will illuminate. Press start and a test cycle should then begin which should cycle through the various functions of the dishwasher.*”
Ran service mode with empty machine and no errors displayed at end of test.
Ran service mode again with full dishwasher, as that seems to be when issue surfaces and still no error codes.
