I have a KTRS25KAWH00 KitchenAid Refridgerator/Freezer combo (top and bottom).

In the last few months I've noticed freezer kept ice cream getting soft.

Investigating I discovered the bimetal defrost sensor was bad and replaced it. I eventually replaced the defrost timer as well and manually powered the defrost coil to be sure it was working. The entire defrost circuit appears to be functioning as it should now but I can't get the freezer temps under 20 degrees?

Replacement door gaskets are no longer available so I'm at a loss. Any suggestions?
