I had laid the washer machine on side to replace a wheel. When I stood machine back up an started a new load the tub started hitting inside cabinet when running. I was told to push, with force, downwards inside the machine, which I did. The tub bounced upwards. Then I was told that the pistons/shocks would have to be replaced. I'm somewhat confused, because why would all 4 of these be faulty at the same time. Is there something else that would cause the 4 pistons/shocks to not be working correctly ? The machine is a Heir model # HLPW0288XW PORTABLE. The machine, with the exception of the bad wheel I replaced, was running perfectly. I just feel there's something else that caused them to not be working at the same time. ????
