I have had an intermittent problem with the door water dispenser not working. When I press the lever, I hear a buzzing noise from the fridge. The ice maker has always worked fine with no issues. I removed the kick panel and disconnected the union. I get no water out of that either. All the issues I have read about show that water comes out at this point, indicating the water line is frozen in the freezer door. Since I get no water, what does this mean?
