My dryer recently stopped drying and spinning after 2 minutes and then would start again and stop. The tech came and said it was a motor issue. So I ordered a motor replacement and it seemed to fix the issue. When there are no clothes in the dryer it will spin at what seems like a normal rate. When I put even the smallest load in, it will spin extremely slow and then essentially stop. The belt is not broken and it's properly attached to the motor and the pulley.

Any thoughts on what might be happening?? Thank you!
