Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		Take off the cabinet and by-pass the lid switch and see if you can determine exactly where the noise is coming from. Diagnosing noises is one of the hardest things to do in a forum like this, as we cannot hear the noise. My practice, and I think a lot of others is to try and isolate the location by running the machine with the cabinet off and listening carefully. Be careful thought, with the cabinet off. Good luck and let us know what you find out.
