Whirlpool Wash Machine - Cold water is filling in SLOW, but there is no problem with hot water

We have an old Whirlpool wash machine; Model : LSC8244E Serial : CF3826754
The problem we have is that when we wash using the cold water, the water fills in " very slow "
but there is no problem when we use the hot water.
The water hose is not bent or leaking. Can you tell me what the problem and how to fix it?
I really appreciate your help.
