I have a GE fridge model# GTH18GBDGRWW. Recirculation fan started to make noise so I ordered replacement for part# WR60X10141. I received part# WR60X10346 which looks identical.
After installation fan did not come on when condenser did. After checking installation I tapped the Fan and it started, now the fan will only run if it is tapped. Refridgerator works normally and does shut off once proper temperature is reached.
Do I have the wrong part or do I have a control board issue?

Update: Just after I wrote this, fridge came on and so did the fan...
I will continue to monitor the fan.
