Hello. My Kitchenaid model KFIL27CXMS0 gets too cold on the refrig side. It's a French Style and the ice maker's in the refrig ceiling and in it's housing is dampener to the refrig. I've set the refrig temp as high as it'll go, 45 degrees, and sat a thermometer on a shelf. For 2 months now it's a consistent 28 degrees. Using the onboard diagnostics everything passes including the dampener and thermisters. When I activated the dampener I physically felt the door open/close using a small screwdriver. I've checked the dampener several times lately and every time I do it's CLOSED yet is staying 28 degrees in the refrig. The freezer is set at 2 above and it reads just that. If we place any produce or boiled eggs in the meat (bottom) drawer they'll freeze; boiled eggs in roughly 12 hours. Does anyone have an idea what's causing this? Thanks
