Can anyone offer a resolution to this problem. This washer will high speed spin when it feels like it. 9 out of 10 times it spins slow, takes 2 hours for a 1 hr load and clothes are soaked. We have checked the drain hose and pump and they are clean, used he detergent, door lock works properly, washer is like brand new, done everything Maytag recommends to do and it still will not work right. We have run it empty, loaded and partially loaded with same results. If we cannot solve the problem, another one for the junk pile and at $1000 is pretty sad.
