I attempted to perform what should have been a 5-minute water hose replacement on my washer. I am now on the second day of this attempt. In my entire 30 year career in manufacturing and quality control, I have never before seen such an example of incompetence in engineering/product design. It is virtually impossible to replace a simple water hose on the back of this machine without dismantling it. The threaded plastic fittings are recessed and the only access is through an oblong opening in the rear cover, so restrictive you cannot reach in with your fingers, let alone any kind of tool. After this is resolved, I will never buy another of your products.
