I go to run my normal wash cycle and it’ll start up you can hear the water and then it just shuts off before the wash cycle begins. I tried the sanitize setting on the dishwasher and that works just fine so i don’t think it’s a latch problem. I can’t seem to find an answer to my specific problem. Wondering if anyone else has had this happen and what was the problem.

My model, Samsung WF45M5500AZ/A5, presents similar symptoms: the wash cycle starts but randomly, during the cycle, the panel goes off and the cycle restarts from the beginning.

I ran an auto-test mode and it performed all the way - no error code. However, in normal operation, even without clothes, the cycle will never finish.

I tried just "Rinse & Spin" - same result.
Tried Spin Only, same result.

Any help appreciated.

BTW, a friend of mine suggested to replace the thermistor in the back, which I did, but to no effect.

I am running out of ideas. I'd like to perform some more tests but without proper documentation ...
