My GE Refrigerator ice and water dispenser recently stopped working. I confirmed it is not a frozen water line and I double checked the power connection behind the grill base at bottom of fridge was properly connected. The lights on the dispenser board would light up, but water and ice would not dispense. Then I decided to purchase a new dispenser board. I installed it today and everything worked perfectly for about two minutes - then back to lights on with no dispensing of water or ice. If I unplug the fridge and plug it back in, the water and ice will dispenses again, but only for a couple minutes and it is almost as if the whole thing shorts out or a circuit breaker in the fridge trips (not sure if that is possible or not). The fridge itself never loses power, it is just the call for the ice and water that never works. Lights on dispenser board always stay on.

Any suggestions on this issue is greatly appreciated, thanks!
