We have a GEW9868KQ3 that will not turn off, and is stuck in “Casual” drying mode. Other buttons on the control panel respond when pressed, but regardless of what I press, casual drying is the only option that I can use to dry clothes. It looks like a thermal fuse may fix this issue, but it seems like the “Casual” button is “stuck” in that I can press the button and it feels fine, but for whatever reason, it’s like the board itself is detecting input from that button, even though it’s not depressed. Any ideas, recommendations, or help, would be much appreciated.
